1) I thought the Shepherd's Guide was a Christian yellow page book, how can I get it on-line? We have designed a printable version of the Shepherd's Guide specifically for this purpose. Although it doesn't have all the full color ads, it does contain a complete listing of our Christian-owned businesses along with their contact information and even special offers and direct links where available. 2) What is FindFish.org, exactly? FindFish is simply a meeting place or clearinghouse. It's a place where Christian people can go to find other Christians to work with. Either businesses, organizations, services, etc. It is our goal to keep growing FindFish to the point where it is every Christian's main web resource for virtually all kinds of Christian information, businesses, links, events, etc. Basically a Christian "shopping mall" for one-stop shopping, help, and guidance. 3) How can your credit card processor be any different from the competition? Great question. One of the main reasons is that they are not greedy. They are happy to receive a small slice of profit with the understanding that it will turn into huge volume. This strategy is already working as evidenced by their billions in transactions last year with over 1/2 a trillion in business when combined with their corporate partners. This huge volume then provides further leverage to lower rates even more. 4) Isn't The Shepherd's Guide just a book that sits on a shelf? Not anymore! The Shepherd's Guide in partnership with FindFish.org is branching out into multiple, diverse, high-tech areas in order to insure that our business owner clients get the maximum exposure and contact with the Christian community. We are now a one-stop "marketing arm" for Christian-owned businesses. We are now utilizing sophisticated pay per click tools to help people find us during their web-searches, have instituted a toll free phone number that we are advertising on various Christian radio stations that allows people to call in and request contact form a specific type business, mailing and inserting hundreds of thousands of cooperative flyers, purchasing large format ads in Christian and other publications to spread the word about the guide. Additional, powerful tools are on the way as well!
